Maryland may become the 8th State to legally recognize same-sex marriage.
Today the Maryland Senate committee approved a gay marriage bill. The full
Senate is expected to vote later this week and it’s being reported that the
Senate has the votes necessary to pass the legislation.
Governor Martin O’Malley has voiced his support of gay marriage.
