So the big question is, what’s fair? Should employers treat all employees equally when it comes to health insurance benefits?
Most people automatically answer “of course.” But what about employees who have no children or spouse/partner? Is it fair that employers provide health insurance benefits for children, spouses, or partners of employees, while failing to make the same financial contribution to employees who don’t have kids or spouses/partners?
What’s fair??
